Decent Stay Near the Parks

The room was right next to my friends, which I requested when checking in. I appreciated that the room was cleaned and the coffee was restocked daily.
The hotel seemed a bit outdated. I noticed peeling paint on the lobby ceilings. The worn out carpet in the guest rooms was also noticeable.

the provided shuttle service IS very convenient for going to universal studios. the hotel also HAS a starbucks, that makes mornings much easier.
the ice machine made a LOT of noise at NIGHT. it was hard TO sleep sometime.

The location offered a quick walk to Universal. The on-site Starbucks was convenient. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Housekeeping did not restock coffee in the room and the trash was not emptied, inconvenient.
